Nipikiskwasiwan National Summit

The Nipikiskwasiwan National Summit 2026, titled “Rekindling the Home Fire: Indigenous Pathways to Stronger Child & Family Systems,” is a pivotal gathering focused on enhancing Indigenous child and family systems.

This is an interactive, working Summit for people carrying indigenous child, youth, and family services- a place to come together, share what’s helping on the ground, and strengthen practice in a way that keeps indigenous children connected to family, community, identity, and belonging. We’re shaping sessions to be useful in real life what teams can carry back into the work right away.
