If you have any questions or comments, feel free to fill out the form below. DO NOT report a crime, suspicious activities, suspicious persons or a possible incident to ENW on this page. Call 911 for all life-threatening situations or if there is a crime in progress. Report all crimes, suspicious activities and suspicious persons to the Edmonton Police Service by calling 780-423-4567, online on the EPS website, #377 on your cell phone or using the EPS mobile app.

Call 211 you’re in need of social services or community assistance, but are unsure where to start. Calling 211 will direct you to an Information & Referral specialist, who in turn, will redirect you to the appropriate service based on your needs. You can reach 211 by texting INFO to #211 on your cell phone, or register for their live chat.

If you have any inquiries or need for non-emergency government services (for emergency, fire, ambulance, or police services see 911 above), call 311. You will be redirected to a central point of contact where you can explain your purpose of call. Government services may include, but are not limited to: transit information, program registration, and registering a bylaw complaint. Contacting 311 can also be done online.

Our office is located at #4, 11630 Kingsway Northwest, Edmonton, Alberta T5G0X5. Reception hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-Noon (closed weekends and holidays).

Board of Directors

Edmonton Neighbourhood Watch is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected to two-year terms at the Annual General Meeting (various positions in alternating years). Throughout the course of the year, the Board of Directors may appoint new directors or executives as required and as determined by the Board of Directors.
